Terms and Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

By entering, using, renting, or participating in activities at this facility, all players, attendees, spectators, and renters (“Participants”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation in pickleball or any physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, property damage, or death.
  The facility, its owners, staff, affiliates, and “THE BEASTS” Tennis Squad are not responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or death that may occur on the premises or during participation in any activity.
• All Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for their own safety, actions, and belongings.
• Participants agree to release, waive, and discharge the facility and “THE BEASTS” Tennis Squad from any and all claims arising from their presence or participation.

2. Personal Property

• The facility is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Participants are responsible for securing their own belongings.

3. Court Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Court cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non‑refundable and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
• No‑shows are treated as late cancellations.

4. Facility Rules

• All Participants must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the facility without refund.
• Proper footwear and attire are required at all times.

5. Use of Facility

• Participants agree to use the courts, equipment, and facility responsibly.
• Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

6. Media & Photography

• The facility may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in media must notify staff in advance.

7. Agreement

By booking a court, entering the facility, or participating in any activity, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
